Data storage

Heisenware allows storing and retrieving data in and from integrated databases, enabling the development of standalone apps without any external database. There are two databases:

• InfluxDB for time series data

• PostgreSQL for relational data

For integrating and connecting to external databases, please refer to data connectors.

Both databases, InfluxDB and PostgreSQL, exist per workspace so that apps in the same workspace can access and store data across apps.

File storage

The integrated file server allows uploading and storing files to use them in apps.
