Members

Members are users of the Heisenware platform. We refer to them as "members" to differentiate them from "app users," who are the end-users of the apps created on the platform. A Heisenware account can have an unlimited number of members. These members can have roles and permissions at the Workspace level, but not at the App level. Each account includes one member with the account owner role, which has full permissions across all Workspaces. The person who creates the Heisenware account automatically becomes the Account Owner. While the Account Owner cannot be changed manually, you can contact us for assistance if a change is needed.

Invite members

To invite new members as Account Owner:

  1. Open the App Manager

  2. Navigate to the Members panel

  3. Enter the email address of the person to invite in the invite box on the upper right side

  4. Click invite

We are currently working on finalizing the implementation. Once this is done, you will be able to manage members, manage roles and manage personal settings within the App Manager.
