Circular Gauge

Last updated 7 months ago

The Circular Gauge is a chart with a fixed length, and one or two indicators pointing to the values passed by a function.

Properties

setValue is the default property and sets a value for the main indicator, while setSubValue adds a secondary indicator.

Frame

You can change the shape, width and colors of the Circular Gauge frame in the Frame Settings.

The frame is in a circular arc shape. The arc can be set to start at any angle by the Start Angle setting, and the size of the circular arc in degrees is determined by the Circle Size.

The Background Color changes the color of the whole frame. Additionally, you can add any number of color sections by setting a start value and an end value.

Indicator

The Indicator tab includes all the settings to edit the appearence of the primary and subvalue indicators, such as the size, color, position and marker type.

Scale

In the Scale tab you can set the start and end value for the gauge and edit or remove the number labels.

You can also add, remove or edit the size and spacing of major and minor ticks.

If you set the start and end scale values, major ticks will automatically be calculated and displayed. Minor ticks will need to be turned on, but they will also be automatically calculated.

For both types of ticks, you can customize the interval in units and the length in pixels.

The circular gauge has 2 : setValue and setSubValue.
